Highly translucent, solvent-borne, semi-gloss woodstain
Cetol Filter 7 is a semi-gloss exterior woodstain for windows and doors. It can be used as a maintenance coat for existing woodstain systems or over a base stain of Cetol HLS on new or bare timbers.
Cetol Filter 7 is an exterior woodstain for windows and doors either as a one-coat maintenance application for existing woodstain systems, or two coats over a base stain of Cetol HLS on new or bare timbers. Its advanced UV light absorbers provide superior protection from the damaging effects of sunlight on timber.
Sikkens Cetol Filter 7 plus is a solvent-borne woodstain providing a medium film build (as defined in BS EN 927-1: 1997).
Sikkens Cetol Filter 7 plus provides an exceptionally translucent film with a satin finish. Permanently fixed ultraviolet absorbers protect the timber from attack by sunlight and give increased protection for timber exposed to maximum weathering. It should be used as a finish stain over Sikkens Cetol HLS plus on timber substrates including all softwood and hardwood joinery, but is not suitable for timber decking.
Available in 1, 2.5 and 5ltr tin sizes, depending upon colour.
